Vereda only provide a select number of clients with a “private office” in which the general oversight of the management of the structure is undertaken by Vereda but where other key components (tax, legal, investment advisory, accounting etc.) are undertaken by reputable professional partners and Vereda is responsible for “quarterbacking” those relationships.
